Integration Guide

Integration is the process of bringing the wisdom of ceremony into everyday life.

In ceremony we may receive insights, healing, memories, visions, or a deeper connection to ourselves and the living world. Now is the time to allow these experiences to become embodied wisdom beyond the experience.

The ceremony does not end when the circle closes.
It continues in the way we live.

In our choices.
In our relationships.
In how we care for our bodies, our communities, and the Earth.

The Integration Window

After ceremony, the body and mind are often more open and receptive.

This is a precious time-frame when old patterns can soften and new pathways of awareness can form.

Now we are at the bridge between insight and transformation.

Move gently. Rest. Listen inward.

Stretch, move your body as it’s innate wisdom guides you, and let the energy continue to release and redirect.

Caring for Your Energy

In the days following ceremony, you may feel more sensitive and open.

Be mindful of what you surround yourself with:

• environments
• media
• conversations
• people

Eat healthy and encourage the lifestyle that supports your body.

Choose what nourishes your clarity and peace.

Keep the Music Alive

The songs of the ceremony carry the vibration of the lineage, the forest, and the prayers shared together.

Continuing to sing these chants helps keep that connection alive in your life.

Your prayers can continue through your voice.

We study these songs because of the healing and clarity they bring, invoking the spirits of light and the wisdom of the forest.

Often after ceremony, the mind feels more open to the words and melodies, and an ancestral voice may awaken within us, connecting us to the deeper song of the Earth.

Releasing Old Patterns & Creating New Pathways

It is natural for the mind to return to familiar patterns. When you notice this, pause and bring awareness back to the present moment.

Simple actions can help shift your state:

• take a deep breath
• stretch or shake your body
• step outside into nature

Small shifts in daily routines can also support integration.

You might try:

• taking a new walking route
• spending quiet time in nature
• nourishing your body with new simple foods

Small changes help create new pathways in the mind and body.

Anchor the Wisdom

Within the first day after ceremony, write down:

The three most important things I received.

These may be insights, emotions, reminders, or intentions. Writing them down helps integrate the wisdom so it can continue unfolding.

Journaling & Reflection

Writing helps translate inner experiences into understanding and often reveals deeper insight.

The moments after waking and before sleep can be especially powerful for reflection.

Questions for Integration

Explore these questions through journaling or contemplation.

Self Awareness

What did I learn about myself through this experience?

Did I notice patterns in my thoughts, emotions, or behaviors?

What felt most important or alive during my journey?

Energy & Direction

Is this experience inviting me to shift how I use my energy?

What gifts within me feel ready to be expressed or shared?

Relationships

How can I bring more compassion, presence, and understanding into my relationships?

Bringing It Into Life

The wisdom received from the plants becomes embodied through action.

Choose a few small steps that support the shifts you feel emerging and bring them into your daily life.

Place them in your calendar or make a list of actions that can support your transformation.

Transformation happens through simple, consistent actions.

The ceremony of life continues to unfold.

Remember to keep the eagle’s view — a wider perspective on life, like the one the medicine has helped us remember. When we see from this place, we recognize that we are part of a greater whole.

From this awareness, let your daily actions reflect care, preservation, and love for Mother Earth.

The medicine lives in the ways we walk, choose, and care for each other each day.

Thank you for walking this path and for the steps you take toward a more loving world.

If you feel called to share reflections from your journey, we are always here to listen and support your process.
