Orders are processed & shipped once a week.

We ship worldwide!

Estimated delivery times  are 3-15 Days.

*Please bear in mind that holidays and non-working days have a influence on shipping times.

If you have not received the order after this period of time, please go to the nearest post office to your home with the tracking number.

Tariffs and customs duties

Generally, with international deliveries there may be duties or border taxes, though this depends on your country. Paying any levied taxes or customs duties are the customer’s responsibility, as well as any delays due to customs.

In case of return or refunds

Prints are very well packed and protected in tubes, so damaged orders are very rare. But if that is the case, email me immediately and we’ll work on what to do next. I can only help if you let me know about the damage within three days of delivery.

Delivery costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs as a result of a return or exchange are the customer’s responsibility.

If the order is returned/sent back to me for any reason (address provided was incorrect, failure to receive order/sign for it, etc.) postage must be payed for again by the customer in order to have it delivered again.

Once your order has been shipped, refunds are only possible if your print has been lost or damaged. Please consider that once it is shipped, it is in the mail company’s hands and not mine, but I will always do my best to help prints get home safe!

It is possible to open a complaint about an order in the post office to get full refund, however it does takes some time to process. This is not usually necessary! But if so, please be patient.

IMPORTANT! For issues related to orders and commissions always write me through email to deardelfina@gmail.com. I am not always available to respond through social media.

Life in the Amazon

Coming in and out of the Amazon has various implications, some being that I do not always have wifi signal to be able to respond to your emails. We live in areas deep in the forest where I must travel hours and sometimes days to have reception. I will always leave a note in my site to let you know when I will be back online, but please be patient if I do not respond to your emails, it is because I am offline. I will for sure reply and take care of all shippings once I’m back!
