It is time.
Mama Ocean is calling, Grandmother is singing, and the path is open—step in, hermana. A divine portal has opened in this New Moon cycle, inviting us to gather once more in prayer, replenishment, and gratitude. This is our time to step into the next chapter—stronger, gentler, smoother. In flow. In grace. In love and light.
Thank you for the deep listening in you that allowed you to hear the call. Thank you for answering— as we did too.
We can’t wait to experience all the goodness the Goddess has in store for us—to BLOOM, together.

Welcome home, beauty.
Bienvenida a casa.
Below, you’ll find some practical information to make your journey a smooth and effortless ride into paradise.
We’ve also gathered all the key links we’ve shared with you, so everything you need to know about the retreat is in one place:
Ceremonial Guide – A detailed look into each ceremony and experience awaiting you.
Dieta Guidelines – Essential preparation for the Grandmother Ceremony. Please read carefully, and we can go over any questions together in our Zoom call or feel free to reach out to Camila anytime.
Elemental Rituals – Beautifully offered by Delfina, these rituals will help you align before arriving and support your integration once you return home.
Bloom Main Site – Good to have it handy in case there is a special sister you want to share this with.
Our Zoom call will take place on June 1st, and by then, we’ll also have a WhatsApp group where all the women will be connected.

Getting There
Naya is the name of our our jewel sanctuary by the sea, an eco-friendly haven designed for deep rest and renewal. Our home for the week is nestled in a hidden corner of the lush jungle of Playa Pelada, near Nosara, with a divine trail to walk to the beach— everyday, whenever she calls.
Flying In
To arrive in Nosara, Costa Rica, you have two main options for international airports:
1. Liberia International Airport (LIR) – Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport
• The closest major airport to Nosara (approx. 2.5 to 3 hours by car or shuttle).
• Private or shared shuttle services are available directly from Liberia to Nosara.
• Domestic flights are also available from Liberia to Nosara via Sansa Airlines or Green Airways Costa Rica (about 30 minutes).
2. San José International Airport (SJO) – Juan Santamaría International Airport
• Located near Costa Rica's capital city.
• Offers more frequent international flight options.
From San José, you have two options:
• Take a private or shared shuttle to Nosara (approx. 4.5 to 5 hours by car or shuttle).
• Book a domestic flight to Nosara via Sansa Airlines or Green Airways Costa Rica (approx. 45 minutes). In San Jose you will arrive in the international terminal and then you can
walk 5 mins or take a 1 min cab to the domestic terminal. Make sure you make time to go through customs, migrations and pick up your bags when you arrive (2 hours to connect should be good). Then the flight will take about 1 hour to arrive at Nosara airport, where you can take a tuktuk or taxi to Naya. We recommend this option as it tends to be way faster!
On land
Car Rentals: There are car rentals available in Liberia, San José, and Nosara. If you are driving a car, Naya has parking space.
Shuttles: We can support you in contacting a transfer service to/from the airport or the destination of your preference to and from the retreat. The cost of a transfer from Liberia airport to Naya is approximately $200.
